KOD 2010 China

Although we were very busy and at times and a little tired of the long days, KOD China was a great time and and a fun experience. Bobo and his staff went to great lengths in making sure I was taken care of, the people were great & it was nice to have a little snow before I left. My fellow Popping Judges were: Jr Boogaloo & Legend... old friends so it made for a good time! Oh, yes the event... After a long but fun Prelims (did i mention 700 poppers?), Kid Boogie vs Hojin was a great battle that went an extra round. Sonic surprised me, he stepped it up, and this little guy named Jr Taco had me smiling, he was fun to watch! At the end for me the best battle was Hojin vs Kite... fire! Kite ended up winning the whole thing beating China's own Dino for the KOD 2010 Championship.

KOD- Day 1 Workshop

1st Day 'Keep On Dancing' workshop went well, a lot of one on one with many dancers... explaining wave/isolation concepts and mindset. Poppers here in China seem to be very eager to learn and understand new ideas regarding the mixing of styles... specifically how to connect electric boogaloo style and waves.

KOD - Beijing, China

 I'm off to Beijing, to judge the "Keep On Dancing" competition...
IT'S A 16 HOUR FLIGHT!!!!
I really hope they have good movies on the flight :)
